Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery:
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when we dispatch the Products to you) ("Contract"). If you require any information concerning your order please email us at rh@myjackharvey.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a Product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If you wish to make a change to the Products you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the Product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract.
We provide a fully tracked delivery service FREE OF CHARGE complete with tracking number so you can track your order from when it is dispatched.
A Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave us. In the event that someone else provides a signature for you, it is your responsibility to locate the item. We take no responsibility for the Product once signed for and delivered to the address provided and a refund or replacement will not be given in the event of this. If you have provided the incorrect shipping address, it is your responsibility to locate the item from where it was delivered, local sorting office, or courier depot. A refund or replacement will not be given in the event of this.
You own a Product once we have received payment in full.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 30 day return service. Earrings are excluded from returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Reed Diffuser samples are also excluded from the returns policy, due to the nominal charge for the raw materials and postage.
However all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Postage is at your own cost and we advise a recorded service.
Please contact our customer service before you return your products. They will be glad to further assist you.
We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in saleable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear and tear or other damage inflicted by the customer.
Open your shipping package with great care to keep it in good condition if you need to make a return.

After calling or emailing your return request, our customer service will register your return. You will receive an e-mail within 5 working days. This e-mail contains the return address and a unique ticketnumber to return your order.
As soon as your return order has been accepted we will refund your money within 14 days.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Your Statutory Guarantee
A statutory guarantee means that the article purchased must fulfil the function that can reasonably be expected of it. There is no statutory deadline associated with this guarantee because what you as a consumer can expect is different for each item.
Right of Revocation
Concerning the delivery of products:
1. The consumer has the option further to the purchase of products to dissolve the agreement within a period of 14 days without having to state the reasons. This reconsideration period will commence on the day following the day upon which the product is received by the consumer or by a representative as appointed by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur in advance.
2. The consumer will handle the product and the packaging with due care during the reconsideration period. The consumer will only remove the packaging or use the product insofar as necessary in order to assess whether he/she wishes to keep the product. If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of revocation, then he/she will return the product to the entrepreneur with all of the accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging, such in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions as provided by the entrepreneur.
Concerning the provision of services:
3. The consumer has the option further to the provision of services to dissolve the agreement within a period of 14 days, starting on the day upon which the agreement is concluded, without having to state the reasons.
4. Upon exercising the right of revocation, the consumer will observe the reasonable and clear instructions as provided by the entrepreneur to that end at the time of the offer and/or not later than upon delivery.
